Janine was FANTASTIC!!!!! When we couldn't get a reservation online, I called and luckily was conned to Janine. She patiently tried two different hotels until she found one that worked for our needs. She was patient, friendly, super efficient and friendly. Hopefully, we'll get Janine next time we have an issue with Park/Fly again. She was way above and beyond the normal agent.
