What is included in a Stay Park Travel package?

Each package includes one night’s hotel stay plus free parking (up to 14 days, depending on the property). Guests may choose to stay the night before departure, the night after return, or both. Please review each hotel’s detail page for the exact number of included parking days.

Where will my car be parked, and is it safe?

Vehicles are parked on-site at the hotel in secure, monitored areas. Some partner hotels also offer garage parking within walking distance of the property.

How far in advance can I book a room?

You can book stays up to 100 days in advance of your check-in date.

What if I need parking beyond what’s included?

Additional parking days can be added for a small daily fee. This option is available during the booking process.

Can I park two cars with one room reservation?

Yes. Hotels typically charge a daily fee for the second vehicle.

What is the difference between a booking ID and a confirmation number?

What is your cancellation policy?

  • After office hours: Contact the hotel directly and obtain a cancellation number, then notify us within 24 hours for a refund.

No refunds are issued for no-shows or unused services.

Our customer service team will notify you and provide alternative hotel options whenever possible.
