I like the concept and the ease of booking but found the e-mail offer of a discount was not accurate. However, even without the discount the convenience of a hotel and extended parking made the price competitive with a separate hotel charge and parking charge. Nice to be able to do it all in one transaction.

We haven't gotten to the hotel yet but the reservation process has been straightforward and very easy. StayParkTravel is really good with communication and it's easy to edit even for folks not very comfortable with computer reservations.

Janine, the person who assisted me on the phone was super nice and to the point. She explained exactly how the processed worked in regard to what to expect regarding billing of fees etc. Everything so far has worked out exactly as she explained. Based on Janine's explanation and the process so far, I would not expect any issues with my stay on 3-4 and my car pick up on 3-10-24. Thank You!
